Can I return an item?

Yes you may within 14 days of original purchase for a full refund of the purchase price excluding the shipping and handling cost, provided it meets the return policy.

What is your return policy?

Products must be returned in unworn and undamaged condition within 14 days of receiving your order. We can not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. They are final sale items. Returns must include a copy of the original sale receipt. There will be no refunds on any product without a valid receipt. Shine is not responsible for any items that are not returned in the manner set above. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser.

What is your return procedure?

  1. Please e-mail us for a Return Authorization number
  2. We will e-mail you a return form and the authorization number. Please fill out the entire return form and include it in the shipment.
  3. Please include the original receipt.
  4. Properly package the product in a bubble envelope.
  5. Return product with shipping prepaid to:

  6. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting and a tracking number. Shine is not responsible for lost packages.
  7. Once your return is received and processed by Shine you will be refunded via the original method of payment for the full purchase price of your merchandise less the shipping costs.
